All the Excitement of Race Day. None of the Mud.
Night at the Races takes everything people love about a day at the track — the betting, the competition, the commentary, the wins and the near-misses — and packages it into a fully produced corporate event experience.
We set up the décor, provide professional hosts and actors, run live commentary with music and sound effects, and bring in props for between-race competitions that keep the energy high all night. Guests bet with funny money, cheer on their horses, and compete for prizes — and nobody has to worry about parking at Keeneland.
It works as a standalone evening event, a team building experience, a fundraiser format, or an add-on to a larger company party. Gets competitive fast, especially with sales teams.
What’s Included With Night at the Races
Professional Host
A live host runs every race with sound, commentary and the kind of energy that keeps the whole room locked in from the first race to the last.
Live Betting & Funny Money
Guests receive funny money to bet on races. Winnings accumulate across the night — final standings determine prize winners. We provide all betting materials and manage the floor.
Between-Race Competitions
We bring in props and run silly live competitions between races to keep guests entertained and involved even when they’re not at the betting window. More chances to win, more laughs, more energy.

Additional Night at the Races Options:
Built for Every Size Group
Small (20–50 people)
Intimate enough that every guest gets involved in betting and competitions. Smaller groups tend to get the most competitive — everyone knows everyone, the stakes feel real, and the trash talk is immediate.
Mid-Size (50–200 people)
The sweet spot. Enough people to fill the room with energy, run multiple race heats, and build real excitement around the leaderboard going into the final races.
Large (200+ people)
We scale the production, hosts, and betting floor to match the headcount. Large groups work well with bracket-style formats and multiple betting stations running simultaneously.
What Our Night at the Races Clients Say
“
Brandie, Casper, and the Monkey Man were so amazing to work with. Brandie was my contact through the whole planning process and was so attentive and responsive to all of our needs. Our first time event was a huge success, and we look forward to working with them again in the future!

It was a huge success and everyone had a great time. I got much feedback that it was one of the most fun events we have had. Thank you for making it happen for us.

I highly recommend the Cincinnati Circus Company. When I called to book, a real person answered the phone, quickly looked us up, made great recommendations for new fun activities for our mostly young crowd, and sent out our contract on the same day.

Most events run 2–3 hours depending on the number of races, group size, and how many between-race competitions are included. We’ll work with your timeline.
A standard banquet room or event space works well. We’ll confirm layout and space requirements when you book — we need enough room for a projection screen, betting stations, and guest seating.
Absolutely. Night at the Races works great alongside casino tables, a game show, or as part of a larger company party. One contract covers everything.
Yes — it adapts very well to fundraiser events. Guests can purchase funny money, bid on prizes, and compete for top earner awards. We’ve run it successfully for nonprofits and charitable events.
