For larger events we recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks in advance, though we can often accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability. Popular dates — especially around the holidays and summer months — book up fast, so earlier is always better.
Yes. We regularly produce events throughout Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, and West Virginia, and we travel nationally for the right event. If you’re not sure whether we cover your area just call us — chances are we do.
Absolutely — and that’s one of our biggest advantages. We’re a full-service company which means performers, inflatables, tents, tables, games, décor, and more are all available through one contract and one coordinator. That alone eliminates a huge amount of planning stress.
