Team Building That Actually Means Something
Most team building is fun while it’s happening and forgotten by Monday. Charitable Bike Building is different — people talk about it for months, because it combines genuine competition with something that actually matters.
Here’s how it works: teams of 2–6 people are each given a fully disassembled bike in a box. The catch — we’ve removed a few key pieces from each kit. To earn them back, teams have to complete challenges: timed tasks, trivia questions, physical competitions, and other activities we throw at them throughout the event. Complete the challenge, earn the piece. Build the bike, win bragging rights.
When every bike is built, every bike gets donated to a child in need — through the charity of your organization’s choice, or one of our partner charities if you don’t have one. Your team competes, collaborates, and leaves knowing they built something that’s going to end up under a kid’s Christmas tree.
What’s Included With Charity Bike Building
Professional Event Facilitator
We run the whole event — challenges, timing, scoring, energy, and donation coordination. You show up, your team competes, and we handle the rest.
Custom Challenges
Timed tasks, trivia, physical challenges, and silly competitions built around your group. We keep the pace high and the energy higher throughout.
Donation Coordination
We coordinate the bike donations on your behalf. If your organization has a preferred charity we work with them. If not, we donate to our partner charities — including the Boys and Girls Club of Cincinnati and The DragonFly Foundation.

Intimate enough that every team knows every other team. The competition gets personal fast and the energy when the last bike is finished is genuinely special.
Mid-Size (50–150 people)
The sweet spot — enough teams to create real competition and enough energy to fill the room without losing the personal feel that makes this event work.
Large (150+ people)
We scale facilitation, challenges, and logistics to match the headcount. Works great for conventions and annual meetings where you need something that gets every attendee involved.

Brandie, Casper, and the Monkey Man were so amazing to work with. Brandie was my contact through the whole planning process and was so attentive and responsive to all of our needs. Our first time event was a huge success, and we look forward to working with them again in the future!

I highly recommend the Cincinnati Circus Company. When I called to book, a real person answered the phone, quickly looked us up, made great recommendations for new fun activities for our mostly young crowd, and sent out our contract on the same day.
